Aika Social reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, your breach of these Terms. All credits purchase may or may not be refunded.
If credits are refunded, it will be refunded less payment processing fees and admin charges as determine by us for damages made for your abuse of our service.
These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Aika Social reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
